Umbaugh Names Director for Columbus Office
Indianapolis-based Umbaugh has named former PNC Capital Markets managing director and supervisory principal Mark A. Miller to the new position for Umbaugh's Columbus, Ohio office.

Historic Landmark Building Repurposed in Madisonville, OH
Finance Fund provided an economic development grant to assist the Madisonville Community Urban Redevelopment Corp. in redeveloping a nearly 90-year-old historic landmark bank building into modern residential and retail space.

SSBCI Bill Referred to the House Committee on Financial Services
A bill to reauthorize the successful State Small Business Credit Initiative and to allow participating States to provide program funds to small businesses for development of affordable housing was introduced and referred to the House Committee on Financial Services.

Troy Council Expected to OK Loans to 2 Businesses
Troy City Council will be asked Monday, May 2, to approve loans through the city Small Business Development Revolving Loan Fund for two business that signed leases April 27 to locate in the Treasure Island Marina Building.
