PACENow provides a case study on the largest commercial PACE project in the The Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City used PACE financing mechanism to fund an astounding $7 million worth of sustainable upgrades, making it the largest commercial PACE project in the country. Commercial PACE market surpassed the $51 million mark in 2013.
