Report on CA Film and Television Tax Credits
The study commissioned by SCAG was conducted by the Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation. It reviews 109 film and television projects that were allocated credits and completed production in the program's first three fiscal years.
California Public Debt Issuance Monthly Data
Debt Line is published by the California Debt and Investment Advisory Commission (CDIAC). Debt Line provides a listing of all proposed and sold debt issues reported to CDIAC, as well as summary tables and articles related to debt issuance and public fund investment.
County Flips Switch on Energy-Efficient Financing
The Kern County Board of Supervisors voted in October to join HERO. Its program went live, letting approved contractors contact county residents about work.
Inland CA Area to Apply as Manufacturing Hub
Inland Southern California's congressional delegation have signed a letter supporting a bid to designate the area a "Manufacturing Community," a move that would make the area eligible for new funding from a multitude of federal agencies.
