Sabadell Partners with NES Financial on EB-5 Investment
According to the South Florida Business Journal, Sabadell United Bank is working with NES Financial to collaborate on future EB-5, 1031 exchange, and fund administration transactions. The partnership will help facilitate the security of international funding in South Florida's active real estate development industry.

Veterans, USGBC, & SELF Join Forces for Community Revitalization
The non-profit Solar and Energy Loan Fund (SELF) announced it is joining forces with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) South Florida Chapter and the Green Veterans Group to create a new Community Revitalization and Workforce Development program that focuses on "Veteran Helping Veterans."

County OKs Incentives for Cognizant Expansion in Tampa, FL
According to a blog by Economic Development HQ, Cognizant, a global information technology and consulting company, announced its plans to expand operations in Tampa, FL. Over the next four years, Cognizant plans to invest $5.7M and add more than 400 new jobs.

PACENow Provides 2014 Recap & Highlights
PACENow reports on the successes of 2014 from across the country with a growing number of operational programs building demand and completing projects. Completed projects for the year are estimated at 25,000 for the residential market and 300 for the commercial market.
