Let's make a deal! During this interactive session, presenters will overview programs that need financing with hopes to strike a deal. If you are currently looking for financing on a project, contact CDFA to be eligible to share your project. If you are looking to underwrite or fund a project, come learn about the deals available. After the presentations are complete, that's when the deal-making will begin. Project submissions are due by August 18 to CDFA.

Tax Incentive Roundup for Central Ohio
Amazon's big plans for Central Ohio highlighted the agenda of the Ohio Tax Credit Authority, but several projects are promising to bring jobs to Central Ohio, according to Columbus Business First.

Columbus, OH Offering $330M of High-Grade Paper
The Bond Buyer reports Columbus is taking its annual summer trip into the market, offering investors $330 million of high-grade paper to raise money for capital projects. Bricker & Eckler LLP is bond counsel and Prism Municipal Advisors LLC is financial advisor.

Village Capital, DFA of Summit County Partner on NMTC RLF
Cleveland's Village Capital Corp., a subsidiary of Cleveland Neighborhood Progress, and the Development Finance Authority of Summit County are partnering on a revolving loan fund to spur new real estate projects in depressed areas of Akron, according to Crain's Cleveland Business.
