Ohio has adopted several provisions over the last year and a half to allow the Buckeye State the opportunity to be at the front of the property assessed clean energy (PACE) district movement. This free webcast will address the basics of PACE financing and how energy special improvement districts (SIDs) be implemented by communities in Ohio.
