PACE Players Involved and Their Roles
PACE programs succeed because a diverse group of public and private actors work in coordination. This session breaks down the full PACE ecosystem who’s involved, what each party does, and how their roles intersect to move projects from concept to completion. Participants will gain clarity on how designers, program administrators, contractors, investors, financiers, and property owners collaborate, and why alignment among these players is essential for a smooth, scalable PACE program.

Residential vs Commercial PACE Considerations and Case Studies
PACE is not a one-size-fits-all tool, and residential and commercial properties require different legal, financial, and programmatic approaches. This session compares how PACE financing operates across property types, highlighting the distinct regulations, capital structures, and market dynamics that shape each. The course concludes with in-depth case studies of PACE projects, demonstrating how these approaches are implemented across different states and program models.
