LA Amends P3 Legislation Granting Authority to DOTD

LA Solar Tax Credit Program Exceeds Cap
Louisiana's solar tax credit has a cap at $25 million. That included a $10 million cap in 2015 and 2016, and a $5 million cap in 2017. As of July 27, the state had either approved or reviewed nearly 3,500 solar tax credit claims, exceeding the cap by about $14 million.
