Rep. Hultgren, Ruppersberger Launch Municipal Finance Caucus
U.S. Rep. Hultgren and Dutch Ruppersberger announced the creation of the Municipal Finance Caucus to fight for state and local governments' ability to independently finance projects to keep their communities strong.

The Bond Buyer 2015 Annual Review: Munis Ride Refundings to $400B Year
Total volume for 2015 finished 19.1% higher at $403.77 billion from $339.05 billion in 2014, according to The Bond Buyer's annual review. The most notable stat is refundings at $165.67 billion, up 29.5% from 2014's total.
