Implementing Economic Justice in Development Finance Agencies

Economic justice means that people and neighborhoods that have been, and in many cases still are, intentionally and legally marginalized are now the focus of investment and attention. Development finance plays a key role in a community’s effort to transform generations of injustice in neighborhoods and businesses by creating new programs or reprioritizing existing tools. During this webinar, CDFA and our members at the St. Louis Development Corporation discuss the bold strategies that St. Louis is taking to infuse economic justice principles into their development finance programs. Also, authors of the St. Louis Economic Justice Action Plan discuss how key stakeholders across the city are implementing the recommendations.
