Pooled bond programs are very popular in the tax-exempt bond world. We see them being used by issuers large and small across the country to support manufacturers, 501(c)(3) organizations, schools, and other small businesses. We are now seeing this concept be applied to energy projects, making them more viable with lower capital costs and better access to the bond markets.
