President Obama recently signed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Tax Act of 2009. CDFA's legislation to update the definition of manufacturing for industrial development bonds was also part of the $800 billion stimulus package as well as number of bond, small business, energy, transportation and other economic development provisions. Ohio stands to receive an estimated $8.2 billion in federal support through the bill.
