CDFA Community Facilities Technical Assistance Program

Tribal Application

Thank you for your interest in the CDFA Community Facilities Technical Assistance Program for Tribal Communities. Funded by the USDA, assistance is available to help tribal communities use the USDA Community Facilities Program to address the economic problems created by declining or non-existent community and/or government infrastructure.

Please fill out the application form below to tell us a little bit about your community and qualifying project(s). The information you provide will help CDFA identify the most appropriate technical assistance for your community, so it is important to be as detailed as possible. CDFA staff will follow up with you at the contact information you provide to confirm your submission.

Special consideration will be given for communities with populations less than 2,500, and MHI of 60% or less of surrounding area.
