The first day of the Growing Diverse Housing Developers Fellowship Virtual Convening will focus on affordable housing finance strategies and key policy initiatives shaping development opportunities. Attendees will explore how Opportunity Zone 2.0 can be applied to affordable housing projects and gain insights into new initiatives under the current administration.

The day will conclude with a play-by-play NMTC case study, offering hands-on guidance for structuring successful projects.
