City Foundry Project to Include High-Rise Offices and Apartments
The planned $340 million redevelopment of the Federal-Mogul foundry in midtown St. Louis as a trendy food hall, high-rise apartments, and offices includes TIF, historic tax credits, and state brownfields tax credits.

20-Acre Brownfield to be Redeveloped in Reading PA
Commercial Development Co. Inc., a leading real estate and brownfield redevelopment company based in St. Louis, bought the property formerly owned by ICI Paints on Bern Street in order to repurpose it for new development.
