SC JEDA Uses $45.3M Bond for Tidelands Health
Tidelands Health is using a $45,295,000 tax-exempt bond issue through the South Carolina Jobs-Economic Development Authority (JEDA) to finance a new medical campus on the southern Grand Strand.
$3.8M WHEFA Bond Financing Supports Appleton, WI School

Morgan Stanley will run the books on several deals that are part of about $360 million in local government borrowing planned for the $10 billion Foxconn manufacturing plant in SE Wisconsin.The local borrowing is part of $764 million in local incentives struck under a development agreement with Foxconn.
$135.6M WHEFA Bond Financing Assists Saint John Communities, Inc.
Bond financing facilitated by WHEFA will be used to help Saint John's Communities, Inc. finance the costs associated with the construction, renovation, remodeling and equipping of a third tower on its campus in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, consisting of 22-stories and approximately 427,000 square feet.
Harris Co., TX Bonds May Surpass $1B
Harris County Commissioners are considering a flood control bond plan for Houston and its suburbs that could range between $1 billion and $2.5 billion.
