Aksoylu Properties has landed $8.7 million in Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) financing for its $34.7 million English Meadows Manassas senior housing development, featuring assisted living and memory care, in the Manassas area of Prince William County, Va. U.S. DOE Announces $366M for Rural and Remote Community Energy Security
The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) announced $366 million for 17 projects across 20 states and 30 Tribal Nations and communities to accelerate clean energy deployment in rural and remote areas across the country. This funding will support a variety of community-driven energy projects in rural and remote regions, such as building microgrids for community health centers to ensure electricity for critical life-saving equipment or constructing a new hydroelectric facility on Tribal lands to improve access to reliable, affordable energy.

A new bill in Tallahassee would set new rules to protect Florida homeowners who want to obtain clean energy home improvement loans. Colorado Tax Incentives Will Lower Cost of High-Efficiency Heating and Cooling
Governor Polis and the Colorado Energy Office announced that new Colorado Heat Pump Tax Credits are available to assist Coloradans who are installing eligible heat pump technology for space heating and cooling and water heating. The Colorado legislature established this tax credit along with several other clean energy tax credits when Governor Polis signed HB23-1272 "Tax Policy that Advances Decarbonization" sponsored by Representatives Mike Weissman and Junie Joseph and Senators Steve Fenberg and Lisa Cutter.
'Green' Fuel Facility Planned in St. Louis, MO with $7M in NMTC
The city of St. Louis has authorized up to $7 million in tax credits for a startup - Terra Environmental Holdings - to locate an industrial facility in south St. Louis. This capital will help finance the purchase, renovation, and equipment for a 27,900-square-foot industrial facility at 3600 S. First St., in the Marine Villa neighborhood.
