Four Seasons Hotel Receives $20M in Financing from PACE Loan Group
PACE Loan Group, a national leader in the Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy marketplace, closed a $20 million financing on the Four Seasons Hotel at RBC Gateway, a 37-story landmark developed by United Properties. This is the largest C-PACE Loan to date in Minnesota.

Bank Fees for Green Debt Surpass Fossil-Fuel Financing
For the first time since the unveiling of the Paris climate agreement in 2015, banks earned more fees arranging green-related bond sales and loans than they did helping fossil-fuel companies raise money in the debt markets.
