D.A. Davidson Closes $48M in C-PACE Financing for Black Rock Mountain Resort in Utah
D.A. Davidson's Special District Group, a nationally recognized team of capital market professionals, has closed $48 million in Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) financing for Black Rock Mountain Resort in Wasatch County, Utah.

Snohomish County, WA Launches Commercial Building Sustainability Program
The Snohomish County Department of Conservation & Natural Resources' Office of Energy and Sustainability launched the Commercial Property Clean Energy & Resiliency Program to help commercial property owners obtain low-cost financing for energy efficiency, natural disaster and resiliency upgrades that carry with the life of the property instead of the property owner.

Rice County, MN Joins Program Offering Loans for Farm, Business Energy Improvements
Rice County, Minnesota has entered into a joint powers agreement with MinnPACE, to provide Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) financing to commercial building owners and farm operators county-wide.

North Bridge Closes Florida's Largest C-PACE Deal With $42M Hotel Loan
HB Capital Group has sealed a $42 million Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) loan for the renovation of a hotel in Miami-Dade County to mark the largest C-PACE transaction in Florida to date.

Kalispell Council in Montana Moves Ahead With Infrastructure Financing Program
Kalispell City Council moved forward with establishing a special district that would assist commercial property owners with installing energy-efficient infrastructure. Council approved a resolution of intent to establish a C-PACE, which is a financing program instituted in Montana by a law passed in 2021.

Massachusetts Announces $180M Investment in Offshore Wind Infrastructure
Governor Charlie Baker and Lt. Gov. Karyn Polito announced $180M in funding for a variety of projects that will work to build up the state's offshore wind industry. Some of the $180M is coming from the economic development bill, while federal dollars from the American Rescue Plan Act will fund the rest of the investment.

North America's Largest Landfill Solar Project is Now Complete in Mount Olive, NJ
The largest landfill solar project in North America, a 25.6 megawatt (MW) solar farm in Mount Olive, New Jersey, has been turned into a revenue-generating, clean energy asset. The Combe Fill North Landfill site is a brownfield site that operated from 1966 to 1978, and it now hosts 56,000 solar panels. It contains domestic and industrial waste and dry sewage sludge.
