New Infrastructure Financing Authority According to the California Economy Summit, the new Enhanced Infrastructure Financing Districts offer local governments a broader array of financing tools for a range of infrastructure projects. Costa Mesa Investor Buys Southern CA EB-5 Regional Center According to Orange County Business Journal, PDC Capital Group LLC has acquired ZGlobal Southern California EB-5 Investment Regional Center. PDC Capital Group LLC specializes in real estate projects that are funded through EB-5 visa investments. Santa Ynez Valley Tourism BID Gets 6 Year Extension Solvang City Council members have approved the renewal of the Santa Ynez Valley Tourism Business Improvement District. According to the Lompac Record, the Tourism BID renewal includes a $6.2 million budget for the district over six years. CEDA Approves Issuance for 3 Industrial Bonds California Enterprise Development Authority issued three industrial development bonds. The three issuances are Puretec (Oxnard and San Jose), Spooner's Woodworks (Poway), and Gordon Brush Mfg. (Industry).
